Is there a delivery fee?
Yes, we do charge for delivery. Our prices are based on the distance it is from where we are located to where you are situated.
What is the latest I can place my order?
If your order is the next day you must get it in before 2pm, otherwise late order fee would incur. However if your order is on a Monday then you must place your order on the Friday before 2pm as well.
What do the items come in?
All items are delivered ready to eat. Just unwrap and serve. Cold items are presented on platters and come in marked cardboard boxes. Hot items are presented on platters and come in marked polystyrene boxes that keep the food warm up to 1 hour. All items come with napkins and complementing sauces(where applicable).
How many people does a platter cover?
We charge our platters per person with a minimum of 10 people. .
How do you pay & what are you payment conditions?
There are a few options, cash, cheque, direct debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard and Amex). We do expect full payment on the day, however if you are unable to do so, you can discuss options with our staff.
Can you provide service staff and bar staff?
Yes we provide both, do note however that there is a minimum requirement of 3 hours for a staff member.
Do you do deliveries on the weekend?
We definitely can provide you with catering on the weekend, unfortunately there is additional surcharge.
What if I want to change or cancel my order?
This is not a problem, we need to know two days before, at the latest, if you want to cancel or change the order. However if you do cancel on the day there will be a cancellation fee, this is due to us already having produced your order.
How do I know that my order has been received?
We send a confirmation email to you.

Is there a minimum requirement on numbers?
Our minimum requirement on numbers is 10. If you require food for less then 10 people, we can do this but there will be a low numbers fee applied. Please email us to enquire.
