Yes, we do charge for delivery. Our prices are based on the distance it is from where we are located to where you are situated.
If your order is the next day you must get it in before 1.00pm, otherwise a late order fee may apply. However if your order is on a Monday then you must place your order on the Friday before 1.00pm as well.
All items are delivered ready to eat. Just unwrap and serve. Cold items are presented on platters and come in marked cardboard boxes. Hot items are presented on platters and come in marked polystyrene boxes that keep the food warm up to 1 hour. All items come with napkins and complementing sauces (where applicable).
We charge our platters per person with a minimum of 10 people. .
There are a few options, cash, cheque, direct debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard and Amex). We do expect full payment on the day, however if you are unable to do so, you can discuss options with our staff.
Yes we provide both, do note however that there is a minimum requirement of 3 hours for a staff member.
We definitely can provide you with catering on the weekend, unfortunately there is additional surcharge.
This is not a problem, we need to know two days before, at the latest, if you want to cancel or change the order. However if you do cancel on the day there will be a cancellation fee, this is due to us already having produced your order.

Our minimum requirement on numbers is 10. If you require food for less then 10 people, we can do this but there will be a low numbers fee applied. Please email us
Eden Catering recognizes the importance of allergen awareness and strive to ensure that out products are accurately labelled and free from allergens.
While we take every precaution to prevent cross-contact with allergens, we cannot guarantee that our products are completely free from all traces of allergens.
Our no gluten and dairy added, and nut free foods are prepared in our kitchen where we also manufacture and prepare foods containing allergens. No gluten, dairy added and nut free products are prepared on separate benches, cutting boards and equipment. As well as being stored and handled separately.
We take extreme cautions to minimize the risk of cross contamination, and continuously strive to improve our allergen management practices.
